What are F&D candles made of?
Our candles are crafted using natural soy wax, which is renewable and eco-friendly, and blended with premium fragrances which are IFRA-compliant (International Fragrance Association). Each candle is hand-poured in the UK, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
What's so great about soy wax?
Our soy wax is made using crops grown in Norway and Canada.
It’s completely natural, vegan-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable, and GMO-free
– no additives! We love it for its clean burn (none of the soot or carcinogens
that can be a risk of paraffin/petroleum-based candles), fragrance retention
and throw.
One thing to note: The nature of soy wax means it can cling
a little to the sides of the vessel – but as the candle burns down, the wax
will be pulled with it. This is a natural occurrence, and nothing to worry
about.
How long do F&D candles burn?
Our standard 30cl candles offer a burn time of approximately 40 hours. For the best experience, follow our candle care tips (see below!)
When can I expect delivery of my F&D candle?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, typically arriving within 2-4 business days.
What is F&D's return policy?
We hope this is never an issue for you, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
